CLASSIC BLUE: THE COLOR OF THE YEAR

Pantone has announced their Color of the Year for 2020 and it is Classic Blue, PANTONE 19-4052.

This calming tone is reminiscent of the night skies and some our favorite blue gemstones, sapphire and tanzanite.

Both of these deep blue gemstones have wonderful depth of color and a striking appearance. Blue has been used for centuries as a color associated with royalty (think of Kate Middleton's sapphire ring!) wisdom, and tranquility.
