Holiday Extended Return Policy:
Orders placed between November 10 and December 15 can be returned until January 13 of the following year or 30 days after you receive your jewelry - whichever is later.

Cancellation Policy:
Any order that is placed can only be cancelled within 72 hours, as our jewelry is made-to-order.
Standard Return Policy:

We want you to love your Simon G. Jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return. Please note that personalized/custom items (including women's ring sizes other than 6.5, men's ring sizes other than 10-10.5, engagement rings designed for non-standard center stones, and engagement rings that have had a center stone set) are not eligible for returns.

Non-custom items that are new and unworn, and show no signs of damage, repair or resizing, can be returned for full credit within 30 days after you receive your order. 

Items purchased during a sale can only be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit.  Please refrain from purchasing a replacement to expedite the exchange process as we do not refund sale items. All items requiring modification to the original size or design will are not eligible for return or exchange.  

Return and exchange requests are processed Monday through Friday and credits will be issued to the original payment method. Please note, you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. If you are returning for a refund, you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. If you are returning for an exchange, we will send the requested item to you after receiving the item you are returning. Simon G. Jewelry is not responsible for tracking your refund with your financial institution. Please give the process up to ten (10) business days to arrive in your account after the refund has been processed.

A customer service representative will review your request, and if approved, will issue an RA number (Return Authorization Number) as well as a return shipping label. Please mark the outside of your return package with this RA number as well as adding a note inside detailing the reason for the return so that we can process your request in a timely manner.
